Our Process
Four Stages, One Circular System
Every tire that enters our facility follows the same closed-loop path — from collection on Iraq's roads to a finished, market-ready material.

Shredding
Tires are fed into powerful shredders, breaking them down into smaller pieces ready for the next step, which is grinding.

Grinding & Granulation
These shredded pieces are further processed into granules of various sizes, with steel and fabric removed.

The resulting rubber granules and powder are then used to create a diverse range of valuable products.
